1. Agreement

These Terms of Use and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Aspiro Living's website, enquiry channels, and—if you join us—your stay at our girls PG in Karol Bagh, Delhi. By submitting a booking request, paying deposits, or residing on the premises, you agree to these Terms and any house rules posted on site.

2. Eligibility & admission

• Aspiro Living is a female-only residence unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific programme.
• Residents must provide valid ID, emergency contacts, and accurate information during onboarding.
• Management may refuse admission or terminate a stay if information is fraudulent or if safety of the community is at risk.

3. Booking, rent & deposits

• Rooms are confirmed only after receipt of the agreed security deposit and advance rent, unless a written exception is provided.
• Rent is due on the dates stated in your resident agreement. Late fees may apply as per the schedule shared at signing.
• Security deposits are refundable subject to clearance of dues, room condition at checkout, and completion of notice requirements.

4. House rules & community conduct

Residents agree to maintain a respectful, study-friendly environment. Without limitation, the following may lead to warnings or termination:

• Harassment, violence, illegal substances, or unsafe behaviour.
• Repeated noise violations after quiet hours.
• Unauthorized guests or overnight visitors contrary to posted policy.
• Damage to property, theft, or misuse of shared utilities.

5. Services & facilities

Meals, Wi-Fi, laundry, housekeeping, and security services are provided as described in your agreement. Certain add-ons may incur separate charges. Temporary interruptions (maintenance, supplier issues, force majeure) may occur; we will make reasonable efforts to restore services promptly.

6. Personal belongings & liability

Residents are responsible for securing valuables. Aspiro Living is not liable for loss of unattended items, theft by unknown third parties, or damage caused by force majeure events. Residents should maintain renter's insurance if they require additional coverage.

7. Notice & vacating

Standard notice periods, handover procedures, and final settlement timelines are defined in your resident agreement. Failure to provide notice may impact deposit refunds as outlined at signing.

8. Website use

You agree not to misuse our website (no scraping, malware, or attempts to breach security). Content on the site is for information and may change without notice. Availability shown online is indicative and subject to confirmation by our team.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protections that may not be waived.
